GSE Spain raise a unique Spanish logistics warehouse for its sustainability.

GSE Spain has completed and delivered turnkey to its developer Merlin Properties one of the largest warehouses in Spain, with a surface area of close to 100,000 m2 and located in Guadalajara, one of the logistics epicentres of the Iberian Peninsula.
The project is characterised by the high degree of environmental respect that GSE has achieved, making it a success story for its unique model in sustainability, as the way in which rainwater collection is managed is innovative in Spain.
An environmentally sustainable solution has been developed, consisting of returning most of the water to the natural ground through infiltration, maintaining its natural cycle. Its main function is to avoid the risk of flooding, but it also has other functions such as preventing water pollution, minimising the economic costs of rainwater management and improving the urban landscape.
Thanks to its commitment to sustainability, the GSE Spain building has become one of the highest LEED certified in Spain.
