Design and construction of a 44,500 m2 dry logistics warehouse.
Second GSE project for MERLIN Logistics, aiming to maintain the high level and success of the first. Second phase of a project on the same plot, custom built for DSV. Large plot within an established industrial area.

CHALLENGES: Working on the same plot, and very close to existing phase 1, with ongoing activity. Need to adapt to phase 1 levels.
CHARACTERISTICS: Large warehouse for dry product storage, for a single tenant, maximising GLA and number of bays. It is necessary to separate the rainwater from the two phases, and to drain by gravity. Achieve separate electrical connections (phases 1 and 2) on the same plot.
RESULT: Consolidation of MERLIN’s portfolio of XXL logistics warehouses on the Iberian Peninsula.
With the highest levels of sustainability and wellbeing. Achieved LEED GOLD certification.
