GLP wanted to strengthen its presence in the logistics real estate market in Catalonia, in a strategic location very close to Barcelona.

CHALLENGES: Design and cost control in a period of inflation.
Reactivity to adapt the project when there is a tenant.
CHARACTERISTICS: Development of a brown-field, demolishing an existing warehouse in a consolidated industrial estate. Maximising the usable area of the warehouse, whilst keeping lorry traffic and light vehicle parking functioning smoothly.
