CHALLENGES: Controlling design and costs in a period of inflation
Reactivity to adapt the project as soon as a tenant is in place
CHARACTERISTICS: Need for detailed study of levels to ensure gravity drainage, while complying with the City Council’s requirement not to discharge water into public roads. Large green areas, used to adapt to the topography of the perimeter roads.

Design for a single user, but with the possibility of adapting to two tenants.
